Speaker Series: Cooking Class

Steak and SIUE—A Perfect Pairing

Join the SIUE Alumni Association and Office of Educational Outreach for a night of cooking and fun at the Dierbergs School of Cooking in Edwardsville (6671 Edwardsville Crossing Rd.). Together, we will learn how to prepare a delicious steakhouse dinner, and after, we will enjoy our delicious creations!

Menu: Stuffed mushrooms, White Cheddar Potato Soup, Whiskey Glazed Steak*, Cinnamon Butter Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Creamy Spinach, Red Velvet Whoopie Pies.

 * The whiskey is cooked out of glaze as it is reduced down quite a bit but leaves a nice flavor.


Cost to attend: $40/person

Due to the nature of this event, seating is limited. Guests will be welcomed on a first come, first served basis. All participants must pre-register.
